Architect for my Ann Arbor Home

I found my architects, Lewis Greenspoon Architects, through my real estate agent. It was pretty great dealing with them. I used an online program, Roomstyler, to visualize what I wanted. Lewis and Greenspoon were then able to put my images into a plan.

They worked with the Ann Arbor Historical District Commission to make sure that they were happy before the historic commission vote. We were approved and final construction drawings were made. This cost about $20,000.
